Where does Windings manufacture its products?
All manufacturing takes place at our 140,000-square-foot facility in New Ulm, Minnesota, where our employee-owners oversee every step of production to ensure US-based quality control.
Can Windings handle both prototyping and large-scale production?
Yes. We are equipped to handle the entire product lifecycle, offering a seamless transition from single-unit engineering prototypes to pilot runs and full-scale production of up to 50,000 units annually.
What kind of testing do you perform during manufacturing?
We perform rigorous in-process and final testing—including surge, Hi-Pot, resistance, and inductance testing—to ensure every component meets your exact performance specifications before shipment.
Do you offer complete motor assembly or just components?
We offer both; while we specialize in rotors and stators, we also provide full motor assembly, VPI/encapsulation, and value-added mechanical integration to deliver a “drop-in” solution for your system.
