The employee owners of Windings, Inc. welcome Rudy Stanglmaier, Vice President of operations, to the organization.
In this position Rudy will provide leadership for all Operations and Production Engineering functions at Windings, and will actively participate as a member of the company’s Senior Leadership team in the development and execution of strategies to ensure the company’s long term health and success.
Rudy comes to Windings with experience in engineering, research, and product development as well as management experience with mid-size manufacturing companies located in both the United States and Germany.
Rudy is a proponent of visual management and transparency on the manufacturing floor. He believes in empowering employees to make good decisions by providing them with the tools and information they need to successfully complete their tasks right at their work stations. Rudy is very excited about applying his skills and experience to help the company achieve its objectives, and looks forward to working with Windings’ extraordinary employee owners.
