With a proven track record in leading high-performance commercial teams, Oscar steps into this pivotal role during a time of accelerated growth and expanded global manufacturing capacity.

Guiding Global Expansion with Strategic Vision

Oscar brings over 25 years of experience in industrial sales, having led initiatives at leading firms including Banner Engineering, Honeywell, Nilfisk, and Ingersoll Rand. His appointment strengthens Windings’ position as a global leader in engineered electromagnetic solutions, as we continue to support mission-critical applications in aerospace, defense, advanced air mobility, and sustainable energy.

With recent acquisitions of facilities in Moorpark, CA, San Diego, CA, and the launch of Windings Mexico, Oscar’s role is central to aligning our commercial strategy with our expanded footprint. This enables us to offer both U.S.-based and Mexico-based manufacturing for custom electric motors, generators, stators, rotors, and electromagnetic components, providing seamless supply continuity to our clients—without the disruption of international tariffs, thanks to USMCA compliance.
