A major well solutions provider needed a reduced length motor that could perform more efficiently. A shorter tool string would allow usage on offshore platforms with limited rig height.

Solution

Working with the customer, Windings addressed both the length challenge and the reduction of motor efficiency at depths over 5 miles below sea level.
