Windings Motor Development Cell helps new projects get off on the right track. For the first part of a new part number or project, Windings assigns an engineer, as well as a hand-selected group of operators, to evaluate the project on multiple levels including design improvement, manufacturing approach, alternate material options and more. This ultimately leads to an optimal part in terms of its manufacturing and overall cost effectiveness. It also provides for a smooth transition from prototype runs to production runs by mitigating risk and keeping the program timeline on track.
